I. Preparation of the full set of documents on realizing a deal.

Developing a project for DAP-RCP (Detailed Area Plan – Regulation and Construction Plan) for the given agricultural property.
Coordinating the sketch of the agricultural property – coordinating with the relevant authorities (Irrigation Systems, HEI – Hygienic Epidemic Institute, RIEW – Regional Inspection on Environment and Waters, Fire Company, WS&S – Water-Supply and Sewerage, and Power Supply) and issuing Statements and Preliminary Contracts for joining WS&S and Power Supply.
